We would like to explain the difference between our Company Formation Service and that of the majority of other Formation Agents.

Most Company Formation Agents incorporate Limited Companies manually, which means you often CANNOT TRADE for up to fourteen days.

Other companies incorporate electronically, but then send you forms 288a and 287 so that you can register the Directors, Secretary and Registered Office with Companies House. These companies may tell you that they will supply the Company Registration Number within 24 hours, - until the 288a's and 287 are updated by Companies House you cannot open a bank account and you are not recognized as the Director or Company Secretary. This will normally take a further seven days.

All of our companies are formed electronically within 24 hours and all details of the Directors, Company Secretary and Registered Office are lodged immediately, which means there is no paperwork for you to complete, and you can trade immediately.
